your choice of Gingham Fill, Scale 50 -

Bevel, Puffy Bevel...New Layer, Cutout,
V & H  4, Opacity 80 , Blur 40, Color #631B1B
Selections None...
3.  New Raster Layer, Selections, load from disk,
PILLOW Trim, Fill with Gingham, New Layer, 
Effects, Cutout,,Same Settings as above...
Selections None...
4.  New Raster Layer, Selections, Load from disk,
LINING, Fill with #6A363A, Noise Add 3%,
New Layer, effects, cutout, Same settings as above
except change the color to Black...Add Noise again !
Selections, None...
5.  New Raster Layer, Selections, load from
disk, ARMS, Fill with #A57C61, Apply Puffy Inner Bevel,
Noise, Add 3%, New Layer, Cutout,,Same 
settings, change color back to #631B1B...Add
Noise again...Selections None...

Layers, Merge ALL Layers Visible...
10.  Add a new layer 
Use the settings below to
give him rosy cheeks
Airbrush
Color #C45E5C
Size 20
Hardness 50
Opacity 60
Step 40
Density 25
Click 2 times on the cheeks with this color...
Then go to Effects, Blur, 
Gaussian Blur - Radius 3
That's it,,Your Sleeptime Teddy is done !
Just Merge Layers Visible...Save in PSP format or
JPEG...
