Extract the cursor to the C:/Windows/Cursors folder..
To apply the cursor, go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, 
then click on Mouse...Click on the Pointers Tab 
and then click on browse and find the Windows/Cursors
 folder where you saved it
 and click on the
 cursor you would like to use..
That's it !
